Dra. Tri Asti Isnariani, Apt., M.Pharm., is a senior regulatory affairs leader with over 25 years of experience at the Indonesian FDA (Badan POM). She specializes in drug regulation, including narcotics, psychotropics, precursors, and addictive substances, and has served as Director of Drug Registration since September 2025. She earned her degree from Institut Teknologi Bandung in 1994 and completed a Master’s degree in Clinical Pharmacy at Universiti Sains Malaysia in 1999.

Throughout her career at BPOM, she has held several strategic positions, including Acting Deputy Chairperson; Director for Standardization of Drug, Narcotics, Psychotropics, Precursors, and Addictive Substances; and Director of Supervision of Quality, Safety, Export-Import, and Addictive Substances.

Internationally, she actively contributes to regulatory initiatives, serving in Indonesia’s WHO Listed Authority (WLA) Assessment Team, and chairing ASEAN and SEARN working groups on bioequivalence and regulatory system strengthening.
