Norazida is a registered pharmacist with the Pharmacy Board Malaysia, currently serving as a research pharmacist at the Institute for Clinical Research, National Institutes of Health (NIH) Malaysia. Her research expertise encompasses pharmacoepidemiology and health service/outcome research, focusing particularly on evaluating treatment profiles, assessing effectiveness and safety, and ultimately improving health outcomes. She is also dedicated to advancing the use of real-world data and epidemiological methods. She has taken on active roles as both a principal investigator and sub-investigator in numerous projects. Her work has resulted in a substantial number of publications in peer-reviewed journals and technical reports, as well as regular presentations at local and international conferences and scientific meetings.
