Tan Jia Shin Jessica is a clinical research and medical education professional with deep, practical experience supporting investigator sites across hospital and regional research settings. In her current role as a Clinical Trial Educator at IQVIA, she works closely with investigators and site teams post-activation to ensure operational readiness, aligning site workflows with protocol requirements, recruitment projections, and study delivery expectations. She is known for translating complex global study designs into clear, workable processes that fit real-world site environments—strengthening screening decisions, enrolment execution, and day-to-day study conduct.

Prior to her regional role, Jessica held hospital leadership positions overseeing clinical trials and research operations, giving her first-hand insight into the operational, resourcing, and capability challenges faced by sites. Her approach to transforming site management is grounded in capability building, proactive problem-solving, and sustainable execution, helping sites move from readiness to consistent performance while maintaining patient safety, data integrity, and GCP-aligned practice.
