Dr. Tim Planche, a Consultant Medical Microbiologist, serves as the Clinical Lead for Microbiology at South West London Pathology and a Senior Lecturer at St. George’s University of London. He splits his time equally between clinical service and research, focusing on infectious diseases, diagnostics, antimicrobial resistance, and healthcare-associated infections.
