Dr. Sun Hualong is the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) and Co-Founder of Clinical Service Center Co. Ltd. in China. He holds a PhD from the University of Tokyo and has more than 25 years of experience in clinical development. Over the course of his career, he has held key roles in global pharmaceutical and CRO organisations, including Merck Serono and PAREXEL, serving as a Biostatistician, Data Manager, Head of Data Management Department, clinical operations, and Chief Operating Officer.

Dr. Sun has extensive experience in clinical trials across Phase I–IV studies covering multiple therapeutic areas, including oncology, fertility, urinary diseases, immunology, psychiatry, gastroenterology, infectious diseases, and medical devices. He is actively involved in advancing clinical research and data science initiatives and currently serves as a member of the DIA China Advisory Consultation Committee (ACC) and Vice President of the DIA Data Science Committee. He is also a core member of the China Clinical Data Management Working Group and a member of the Steering Committee of SCDM China.
