Registration Terms

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Trial Connect 2025 secretariat MUST be notified in writing of all

cancellations:

Cancellation ON or BEFORE 8 April 2025: 50% Refund

Cancellation AFTER 8 April 2025: No Refund


Reimbursement Policy

In circumstances where the delegate requests for reimbursement of registration fees or their own delegate expenses, reserves the right to deduct a 15% administrative fee on the total value of the reimbursement claimed.


Exchange Policy

If you have successfully registered for the conference and wish to transfer the registration to others, please send an email request to the CRM Trial Connect 2025 Secretariat at secretariat@crmtrialconnect.com.

Certificate of Attendance

An e-certificate of attendance will be issued to all delegates and can be downloaded from the delegate's registration profile once the conference ends.
